Side Note: if you’re feeding little taste buds- don’t write this one off, just replace the buffalo sauce (or split the batch) with some BBQ and omit the red pepper flakes while baking and add them to the plated product as desired!

This is a great recipe if you have extra milk to use up, or if you are at a loss for supper plans. It uses everyday ingredients, and it cooks up supper quick! You can also swap out the boneless skinless chicken thighs for any cut of chicken you have in your freezer- just adjust your cooking times! An added bonus- it doesn’t create very many dirty dishes! You can serve this dish with rice, potatoes, or the vegetable of your choice!

Slow Cooker Chicken Marsala

If your looking for a versatile main course, here it is! This can be served with mashed potatoes, chunked potatoes, vegetables, rice, or basically anything you have in your pantry/refrigerator! Brown the chicken, throw it in the slow cooker, and go on about your day! You can also swap out the boneless skinless chicken breast for boneless skinless thighs, bone-in skin-on thighs, or split chicken breast! Just adjust your cooking time!
