Ingredients
- 1 3-4 lb. King's Poultry Farm Whole Chicken
- 3 tbsp. Butter (melted)
- 1 1.5 oz. Jane's Italian Rosebud's Seasoning Packet
- Salt & Pepper to Taste
- 1 large Onion (wedged)
- 5 Red Potatoes (cubed)
- 1.8 oz. pkg Fresh Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup King's Bone Broth
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° & grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Remove the giblet bag from the chicken cavity & set aside for later baking or discard.
- Place completely thawed chicken in baking dish. Rub down with melted butter, 3/4 of Jane's Italian seasoning packet, salt, & pepper. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare vegetables.
- Remove chicken from oven & arrange potatoes, onions, & giblets (if desired) around the chicken. Sprinkle vegetables with remaining seasoning packet & garlic. Drizzle olive oil & broth over vegetables.
- Place in oven and bake an additional 25 minutes uncovered.
- Remove from oven & add in fresh mushrooms. Increase oven to 400° & bake for an additional 10-15 minutes & until an internal temperature of 165°is reached.
- Sprinkle entire dish with parsley. Serve & enjoy!
