Ingredients
- 1.5 lb King's Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (thawed)
- 1 can Black Beans (drained)
- 1 can Corn (drained)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes and Chilies (drained)
- 2 packages Taco Seasoning
- 1 block Cream Cheese
Servings: people
Instructions
- In your slow cooker add in chicken, beans, corn, tomatoes, & taco seasonings. Stir well.
- Cook on high for 4 hours OR low for 6 hours.
- Add in cream cheese & cook for 30 minutes.
- Use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
- Serve with desired toppings over rice, with chips, or on a tortilla, & enjoy!
