Ingredients
- 4 King's Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (thawed)
- 8 oz package Block Cream Cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Mayonaisee
- 1 1/2 cups Fresh Spinach (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt (divided)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Drizzle chicken breasts with olive oil and slice a pocket to stuff spinach mixture into.
- Place paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, garlic & onion powder in a small bowl& mix well. Sprinkle over chicken, coat both sides well.
- In a separate medium sized bowl, place cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Mayo, spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes, & remaining salt- stir until combined.
- Spoon spinach mixture into previously sliced pockets in chicken breasts.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
